Island Guard operates an advanced monitoring center that provides real-time monitoring services through a combination of human observation and data analysis. Traditional security systems operate in a “reactive” manner, mainly suitable for indoor spaces, waiting for some incident to trigger a sensor in the alarm system. The alert will only notify the command center after intruders have crossed your boundary and caused damage.

Island Guard adopts a strategic and professional approach to security. Our skilled team conducts thorough monitoring of both the external and internal zones of your premises to preemptively address potential incidents. We remain vigilant rather than reacting solely to alarm signals; our focus is on detecting and assessing potential threats at the nascent stages of their planning, enabling us to take prompt action to prevent any occurrence. Our attentive personnel effectively utilize the public address system to deter intruders swiftly, ensuring incidents are averted before they materialize.

The ILAND GUARD security concept is innovative, based on 4 different security circuits that operate simultaneously for each site.

  1. Live monitoring of the primary internal and external site cameras
  2. Integrating the camera with AI-based analytical monitoring to automatically notify when a person or vehicle enters the camera’s field of view
  3. Receipt of a alert from the alarm sensors.
  4. Implementing measures to deter thieves, including the use of a public address systems, smoke fog devices, and the deployment of rapid patrol and police forces.

Iland Guard calls the police and patrol forces and reports incidents to them in real-time. Iland Guard receives a very quick response from the police forces.

The common approach in the security field relies on a single prominent factor: the sensor that introduces an alert element when a specific event occurs. Using a single security circuit is not reliable enough to protect a business, and in practice, in most cases, this security circuit fails to prevent break-ins.

Moreover, most centers operating with this method allocate thousands of sites to a single operator at the command center, leading to overload and a large number of false alerts resulting from faulty sensors and various animals involved in triggering the alerts. Ignoring alerts occurs due to the high number of inaccurate alerts, the lack of personal connection with clients, and the long and costly response time before someone comes to handle the entire list of events opened in the system.
